This month we continue to show what must be considered an American classic, the knives of John Ek. Mr. Ek produced knives only for fighting men when he started his factory. Without a serial number you couldn't purchase an Ek Knife. Mr. Ek also hired handicapped folks to produce his knives. A real classy guy.
