This month we show what must be considered an American classic, the knives of John Ek. Mr. Ek produced knives only for fighting men when he started his factory. Without a serial number you couldn't purchase an Ek Knife. Mr. Ek also hired handicapped folks to produce his knives. A real classy guy.
